Level 12 Sports runs independent tournaments meaning any teams can attend regardless of affiliation or membership. We do this to increase the level and variety of competition. Don’t just play teams you see each and every week!

Yes. We provide an R1 for all matches. 

18’s, 17’s, 16’s, 15’s, 14’s, 13’s, and 12’s

Please Note: Divisions must have at least 8 teams entered or they may be combined. This will be up to the discretion of tournament organizers.

All divisions will have formats designed to guarantee each team at least 5 matches (or 10 sets).

We will break the divisions into 1-2 waves depending on the # of courts.

Whenever possible, matches will be the best 2 of 3 games to 25 with the deciding game, if necessary, to 15. 

Team are guaranteed 5 matches (or 10 sets). It is our desire to maximize the playing time for players so they can get the most out of the tournament weekend. This sometime results in matches running slightly behind schedule. We appreciate your patience in these circumstances.

There will be NO PLAYOFFS during pool play (not even for Gold or Silver). All ties will be solved via the following protocol:

  • Match Percentage
  • Head-to-head (ONLY used if it is 2-team tiebreaker)
  • Set Percentage
  • Point Percentage
  • Flip a coin

All calculations are viewable on AES online. Please monitor scores as they are updated to be sure this information is accurate throughout the day.

Team coaches can check in at the facility any time before their first match on Saturday. Please allow enough time to get through the check-in process prior to your first match. If you have not uploaded a roster to AES by the Friday before your event, please bring a signed copy of your ROSTER.

The check-in process should only take about 2 min.

There will be no Friday evening check-in. 

Level 12 Sports will be broadcasting  matches through our trusted partner BallerTV (livestreaming service). This will allow parents and relatives of players who may not be able to attend the tournament in person to watch the events live from the comfort of their own home. Links to BallerTV streaming can be found on each tournament page. Please note streaming will only be available for selected tournaments. Check event page for more information

Yes. Unless specified otherwise, admission to all venues will be as follows: 

  • $20 for a weekend pass
  • $12 for a day pass. 

Coaches listed on the roster receive FREE entry with a maximum of 2 per team. Tickets can be purchased in advance through Hometown Tickets.

There will be sufficient parking at all competition facilities.

Any parking fees or conditions are determined and collected by the facility, not be Level 12 Sports.

Participants will be notified in advance via email of any parking fees.

Any team looking to include a boy on their roster MUST have their roster loaded in AES, and MUST email Troy Helton (troy@level12sports.com) for approval BEFORE the tournament. 

  • 12 & Under – Boys can play co-ed
  • 13s – Must play in 14s or older team
  • 14s – Must play in 16s or older team
  • 15-18 – Not eligible to play.

Yes.

All Level 12 Sports tournaments are privately insured, and provide General Liability (“GL”) and Participant Accident (“PA”) coverage for the protection and benefit of all participants.

In the event of injury at one of our tournaments, please notify the tournament director who will provide the necessary information to make a claim.

We provide match balls, but practice balls are not provided.
